Returns
Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 calendar days from the order the order was received. Any returns after the 30 calendar days will not be accepted.
- Any items with visible use/damage will not be accepted for a return
- All returns must be in the same packaging and same condition as when you received the order
- Products made to your custom specifications cannot be returned
- Do not use the original packaging as a shipping container
- Any freight charges from the original order will not be refunded
- All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization form provided by Fastener Place
*All sales are final on any specialty ordered items or items manufactured to meet your specific needs*

Shipping Costs:
Any returns due to simply not wanting or needing the goods anymore will result in the buyer taking full responsibility for all return shipping costs. 
Fastener Place will cover any freight charges for items that were incorrectly shipping on our behalf.

Restocking Fee:
Returns significantly increase the cost of doing business as the seller incurs additional costs. To help recover those costs we charge a restocking fee. These additional costs include manpower to process RMAs. warehouse personnel to receive and inspect the return, along with the time and supplies involved in re-boxing the return. All returns will be subject to the greater of a 15% restocking fee or $25 minimum, for which the purchaser shall be responsible.
- Please expect 5-7 business days from the date we received the return for any refunds to be issued
- If the item you are returning is defective or damaged and we have to contact the manufacturer for replacements the refund and replacement process may take longer than expected

Damaged/Missing Parts:
To begin please send us an email at [email protected] or send a text to 484-660-3562. Please be sure to include photos that represent your claim.
- Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery if there is any damage or irregularities 
- If you received a shipment that is damaged or missing items, take pictures as soon as you take notice as we need photo documentation to provide replacements. Please also include a description of any items missing
- Once we receive all necessary documents (including documentation you signed for the shipment as damaged) from the buyer we will forward that information to the manufacturer in order to get the shortage/damage corrected right away
- It is important to inspect your thoroughly for damage before signing and accepting delivery of the shipment
- Carefully note any damage to your shipment or anything unusual on the necessary documentation (i.e.: Bill of Lading)
- Please keep all items in the original packaging until we advise you how to proceed with the damaged products
- We are not responsible for any missing packages that shipping carriers left outside your location

Changes & Cancellations:
Order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement
- Fastener Place is not responsible for an item that has been sent to an incorrect address due to buyer error. It is solely the buyers responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and updated contact information
- We will do everything we can to get the shipment redirected to the correct address, however the resulting fees will be the responsibility of the buyer
- Any order that has been processed for shipment or already shipped cannot be canceled, at that point the buyer will need to request a return from Fastener Place
- Should the buyer refuse a shipment instead of requesting a return from Fastener Place they will be responsible for all fees incurred with the refusal
