Terms & Conditions of Sale

Pricing:

All price quotations are valid for (5) days, unless otherwise noted on the quote. All prices are subject to change without notice if we are no longer able to hold the price that was quoted. The price of products ordered but unshipped in the original shipment may be adjusted to reflect the current pricing at the time of shipment.

Quotes/Orders:

All quotes must be signed prior to Fastener Place processing the order. The signature is your approval that you understand and accept all charges on this quote, you are also acknowledging you will pay the final invoice in its entirety. Any quotes that have expired require pricing verification before the order is processed. Any approved quote exceeding $2,000.00 in net sales will require a minimum of 25% down-payment prior to processing the order.

All packing slips will require a signature. All orders must be picked up within 30 calendar days from the date of order completion. Any order not picked up within 30 calendar days will be invoiced to the buyer and will await pickup until 60 calendar days have elapsed. Any open orders still awaiting pickup after 60 calendar days will be shipped to the buyers address on file at the expense of the buyer. Any emailed/texted orders will be kept on file in the event of any discrepancies. All sales are final on specialty ordered products and no returns will be accepted. There is a 30 calendar day return policy on all items. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed without a receipt. All returns must be in the same packaging and condition as when you received the goods.

All order will be processed exactly as we receive them from the buyer (i.e.: quantities and descriptions).

Minimum Order Requirement:

A minimum billing fee will be applied to all orders with a net sales value of less than $10.00. For purposes herein, "net sales" includes only the items purchased, this does not include sales tax, shipping and handling charges, discounts, or other permitted deductions. Backorders will not impact net sales value.

Payment:

All accounts require prior credit approval before any orders can be processed, Upon approval, buyers shall pay in full all invoice amounts due to Fastener Place in US Dollars within (30) days from the invoice date. Buyer shall make all payments by cash, check, credit card, or wire transfer. Any buyer with an acceptable account will be given the terms of 1% 10-days Net 30-days at the discretion of Fastener Place. Any discounts taken after the 10-day discount period will be charged back to the account regardless of the dollar amount.

Any specialty ordered items will require payment prior to Fastener Place ordering the goods unless otherwise agreed upon between both parties.

Any credit applied to your account must be used within one calendar year of the original issue date and any credit unused within that one-year period will be subject to cancellation unless otherwise agreed upon with Fastener Place.

Buyer shall pay interest on the outstanding balance of all late payments at the lesser of the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permissible under applicable law, calculated daily and compounded monthly. All interest fee invoices will have a notation regarding each time contact was made by Fastener Place. Buyer shall reimburse Fastener Place for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments, including, without limitation, attorney fees. Fastener Place also reserves the right to defer any future orders until the account is paid in full.

Special Handling:

All orders that require any special packaging must be requested at the time of purchase. All special packaged orders will be subject to a specialized labor fee beginning at 10% of the order total and applied to the final invoice.

Rush Order Fee:

All orders that require immediate attention will incur a Rush Order Fee, this will apply to all orders that must be completed in a shorter timeframe than normal, needing to prioritize your order over other buyers existing orders, and working overtime (holidays, weekends, and after hours). This fee will begin at 10% of the order total and will increase with urgency of the order.

Sales Tax:

All orders will be charged applicable state and local sales tax unless the buyer provides Fastener Place with a valid tax exemption form with all proper information completed before placing an order.

Freight:

Fastener Place may, in its sole discretion, without liability or penalty, make incremental shipments of purchased goods to buyers. Each shipment will constitute a separate sale and buyer shall pay for the units shipped whether said shipment is in whole or partial fulfillment of buyer's purchase order. Fastener Place reserves the right to pass along any freight charges to be added to the final invoice. Any additional freight charges such as address corrections, special delivery fees, and residential shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All freight charges are final.

Certifications/Compliances:

It is the buyer's responsibility to request any certifications and compliance forms needed for any goods being purchased. Any forms required must be requested at the time of order placement, after the order has been processed and shipped the seller is no longer able to guarantee availability of requested forms.

Privacy:

We receive and store your company/personal information to allow us to better serve your needs. When you open an account with Fastener Place you provide us with your full name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and email address. We keep this information on file so we can process your orders, keep you updated on your orders, and give you a more personalized shopping experience. All of our customer's information is stored on a secure server with encryption and firewall technology to ensure the highest level of safety and security.

If you have opted to make payment via wire transfer or by credit card please note your payment information will be kept on file until your order is completed and delivered to ensure no additional fees are incurred or unpaid.
